PAYMENT
Which payment methods are offered?
Currently only purchase on account is possible. Other payment methods may be added in the future.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is EUR 50 net.
How can I make a complaint or return my order?
For complaints, please contact customer service using the details on our contact page. Returns are possible within seven working days via NEC Med Pharma. The cold chain must be maintained for items requiring refrigeration.
SHIPPING
Which shipping service provider is used?
Shipping is carried out by our shipping partner trans-o-flex.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery usually takes place within 48 to 72 hours of receipt of the order.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free of charge for orders over 100 euros net. For orders under 100 euros, a flat-rate shipping fee of 5 euros per shipment will be charged. The costs for goods requiring refrigeration and other shipping methods may vary. Further details on shipping costs can be found here.
Is priority shipping possible?
Orders placed before 1 p.m. will be delivered the following day by 12 noon. The delivery charge is 15 euros. You may find all shipping inforrmation here.
Do you also ship outside Germany?
We currently only ship to addresses within Germany. Shipping outside Germany is currently not offered.
