HYAL-SYSTEM ACP

HYAL-SYSTEM ACP is a sterile, highly viscous gel obtained by condensation of hyaluronic acid, a main component of human connective tissue and of epithelial and mesothelial tissues. Thanks to its prolonged residence in the application site, it slowly releases hyaluronic acid that, due to its natural hydrating properties, improves and maintains turgidity and skin elasticity for a longer time with respect to hyaluronic acid-based preparations.

Bring the product to room temperature.

A. Treatment of soft tissue defects

1. Remove the protective tip cap of the syringe.
2. Insert one of the needles provided in the box. It is recommended to institute personalized treatments to fulfill patient’s needs. It is suggested to use the 4 mm needle to treat areas such as the frontal, peri-ocular, peribuccal and the mandibular supero-inferior line, while it is preferable to use the 13 mm needle to treat other areas such as the zygomatic antero-lateral region and the whole sottozygomatic area.
3. Inject intradermally the gel, superficially, at mid level or deeply, according to the aimed results. Different injection techniques could be used at physician’s discretion and in different facial areas. It is generally recommended a linear technique or multiple injections in the middle or deep dermis. For wide areas of the face, a linear crossed technique is suggested. Fine lines can be treated with superficial injections, using linear and/or micropomphi injection techniques.
4. After injection, gently massage the treated area to improve product distribution in the tissue.

B. Treatment of hypertrophic scars

1. Remove the protective tip cap of the syringe.
2. Insert the 13 mm needles provided in the box.
3. Infiltrate the scar with the product in the intra lesion dermal planes.
4. Infiltrate the same amount of product in the subdermal level.
5. Repeat the procedure until complete scar infiltration, using a maximum of two ml of product for 25 cm2 of scar area, up to obtain a transitory ischemia indicated by the transition to a white color of the lesion.
