TEARFID Eye Drops

TEARFID eye solution stabilizes the lipid layer of the tear film and regulates and corrects the lubrication of the eye surface. Vitamins A and E, known for their soothing properties, in combination with liposomes (hydrogenated phosphatidylcholine) provide practical support for existing lipid components. In addition, vitamins A and E, as liposome stabilizers, contribute to the relief of ocular and periocular symptoms associated with inflammatory conditions due to allergies and/or infections. The amino acids L-proline, L-glycine, L-lysine, chlorohydrate and L-leucine contained in the product intensify the lubrication of the ocular surface and can contribute to improved protection of the epithelia under various stress factors. The lipid component of the tear film is of crucial importance for the retention of tear fluid and control of evaporation.

The use of TEARFID supports the function of the lipid secretion of the ocular appendage glands (Meibomian, Zeiss and Moll glands) and contributes to the stabilization of the lipid component of the tear film.

TEARFID is instilled directly onto the surface of the eye.
Apply 1-2 drops into the conjunctival sac 4 times a day, as required or as prescribed by a doctor.
