HYAL-SYSTEM 1.8 %

HYAL-SYSTEM 1.8 % is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, highly viscous solution of hyaluronic acid sodium salt to be used only by physicians. Hyaluronic acid is a biological polysaccharide ubiquitously distributed in the intercellular matrix of most tissues, including skin. Because of the natural hydrating functions of hyaluronic acid and its viscoelasticity, HYAL-SYSTEM improves the turgidity and the elasticity of the skin.

HYAL-SYSTEM 1.8 % is implanted using a fine gauge needle (usually 30G) by injecting the solution into the superficial to mid or mid/deep dermis, depending upon the expected result. Different techniques can be used depending on the areas to be treated: it is generally advisable to administer in the mid, mid/deep dermis with a linear technique. A linear crossed technique is suggested for treatments of large facial areas (cheek). Fine lines may be corrected with superficial implantation with either linear or serial puncture technique.

Do not overcorrect. After implantation, the treated site can be lightly massaged for a better distribution of the product.

It is advisable to adopt patient-tailored treatment protocols to fit patient requirements.
